I am so blessed to be able to share these handmades with all of you.  Here are a few things to consider when making a purchase:

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for shipping cost.  You will be able to review the shipping fee before being charged at checkout.

A note to International buyers:

Lark Dolls is not responsible for any custom tax that may apply with international delivery.  Please allow time for your doll to travel the distance across oceans!  All dolls are sent First Class International via the United States Postal Service.  Packages are tracked until they leave the US border.  After that point, it is up to the receiving country to complete tracking information.  Lark Dolls is not responsible for lost packages.  We have not had a lost doll yet, but if you would like to purchase full tracking and insurance for your doll for piece of mind, please contact us via email within 24 hours of making your purchase.

Custom dolls are non-refundable.

All other dolls may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.  They must be returned in the same condition and packaging as they arrived after purchase.  The buyer is responsible for shipping. 

Please keep your doll out of the washing machine.  Spot clean with a damp rag and air dry when needed.
